1. Place order
Download and fill in the freeze-dried cultures processing information registration form and submit it by email (sales@china-cicc.org).
2. Order confirmation
The CICC staff will confirm the submission of freeze-dried cultures processing information, related expenses, etc. by email or phone.
3. Payment
Payment will be made by bank transfer or cash upon receipt of confirmation.
4. Date Confirmation
After the payment arrived, the CICC staff will confirm the preparation date of the freeze-dried cultures processing with the customer.
5. Provide cultures
Customers who provide cultures need to deliver the freshly cultured strains to CICC one working day before the confirmed date or before 11:00 noon on the same day.
Ampoule tube processing: the delivery specification is agar slant cultures 15x150mm, and each agar slant cultures can be made into 5 freeze-dried cultures. Generally, an additional agar slant cultures can be sent for backup.
Vials Processing: 2-3 flat plates can be used to make 50 ampoule bottles. Generally, an additional flat plate can be sent as a backup.
6. Freeze dried processing
Freeze-dried cultures are prepared according to CICC standard working procedures, and the cycle time is generally 2 working days.
7. Delivery
The freeze-dried cultures can be picked up by the customer on the third business day after the preparation date or delivered by mail by CICC staff.
