CICC is the unique national industrial culture collection in China, with a history of nearly 60 years of strain classification and identification. CICC has advanced bioscience instruments and a team of professional personnel engaged in strain classification and identification. CICC has passed ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification in 2012, ISO 17025 National Laboratory Accreditation in 2016 and CMA Qualification Accreditation for Inspection and Testing Organizations in 2018, respectively. CICC undertakes the commissioning and identification of industrial microbial strains in China, and the technical services of microbial identification and evaluation have obtained the "State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SCIC) business license". CICC provides microbial microbial identification services covering a wide range of microorganisms, such as bacteria (actinomycetes), yeasts and filamentous fungi, for customers about scientific research institutions, colleges and universities and industries. The microbial identification methods include molecular biological identification (16S rDNA, 26S rDNA, ITS rDNA and house-keeping genes), morphological observation, VITEK automatic microbial identification, API physiological and biochemical identification, BIOLOG carbon source automatic analysis and identification, MALDI-TOF MS rapid identification, whole genome sequencing analysis, etc.
