Impartiality Statement

China Industrial Microbial Strain Preservation and Management Centre (CICC) is a national culture collection, third-party microbial identification and testing institution and microbial standard culture production institution established in accordance with the law, and it is also a sub-bank of the National Strain Resource Bank for industrial strains identified by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China. In order to perform the duties of impartiality, objectivity and confidentiality, the Centre solemnly declares the following, and accepts the supervision of all sectors of the society.

1. Strictly implement the relevant national laws and regulations, testing standards and technical specifications, uphold the independence, impartiality, science and integrity of the position to provide objective, accurate and traceable data and standard samples.

2. Follow GBT 19001 "Quality Management System Requirements", CNAS-CL01 "Guidelines for the Accreditation of Testing and Calibration Laboratory Competence" and related application areas, CNAS-CL04 "Guidelines for the Accreditation of Competence of Producers of Standard Substances/Standard Samples", RBT 214 "General Requirements for Inspection and Testing Organisations in Evaluating Competence of Qualification Certification of Inspection and Testing Organisations", and other standards, guidelines, and guidance. Requirements, the establishment and operation of a sound independent, impartial, scientific and honest management system, the whole process of the Centre's related activities, all elements of control, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data results and RM.

3. Ensure that the personnel of the Centre are not subject to any improper commercial, financial, contractual, resource, right and other pressures from internal/external sources that may adversely affect the quality of the work, prevent commercial bribery, and ensure that the independence, impartiality, and integrity of the judgement is maintained at all times and that the Centre bears the corresponding legal responsibilities.

4. The personnel of the Centre strictly abide by the provisions of the "Three No's": they shall not have any interest in the testing activities and reports issued by them; they shall not be involved in any activities that undermine the independence and integrity of the testing judgement; and they shall not be involved in the design, development, production and supply of products that are related to the testing project.

5. Strictly abide by the principle of confidentiality, the Centre's staff in the testing activities known to the state secrets, trade secrets and technical secrets have a duty of confidentiality; the client or the commissioner declared the need for confidentiality of the samples and technical information have a duty of confidentiality, without the authorization of the client will not be leaked in any form to the outside world, diffusion, and not used for their own technology development or product research, and resolutely defend the client's proprietary rights and patents.
